Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By installing or using TapBack you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Where these terms conflict with the Google Play Terms of Service, the Play terms govern your purchase and distribution of the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TapBack on devices you control, for your own purposes. You may not resell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Your content
The links, titles and notes you save are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for what you save and for keeping your own backups — because your content is not uploaded to us, we cannot restore it if your device is lost, reset or replaced. Do not use TapBack to store content that is unlawful where you are.
4. Reminders are best effort
TapBack schedules reminders using Android's alarm and notification system. Delivery depends on your device: battery optimisation, "do not disturb", revoked permissions, a powered-off phone, or manufacturer-specific background restrictions can delay or suppress a reminder. Do not rely on TapBack as the sole reminder for anything safety-critical, medical, legal or financial.
5. TapBack Pro
- Pro is sold through Google Play as a subscription or a one-time purchase; current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time in your Google Play account — no need to contact us — and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and any statutory rights you have where you live.
- We may change Pro pricing or the features it includes for future billing periods; existing free features stay free.
6. Advertising
The free version displays a single sponsored card. Advertisements come from third parties through Google AdMob and we do not endorse their content, products or claims. Purchasing Pro removes advertising from the app.
7. Third-party links and services
TapBack opens links you saved and relies on Google Play, AdMob and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for those sites and services, their availability, or their content.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue TapBack or any of its features. We will not deliberately remove your ability to access data already stored on your device by an installed version of the app.
9. Disclaimer and liability
TapBack is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost data, or for a missed reminder. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using TapBack at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the licence if you materially breach these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
